In the first step, we identify your requirements by asking you very easy to answer questions. We work with the stakeholders and the users of the system to understand and translate their requirements into an easy to use system

We study your requirements and work closely with your team to build a proposal that recommends the best solution within your budget and timeline

Development:

Once we get a sign-off on the project, we begin our development. It is our policy to keep our customers involved at every stage of our development. After all, we don't want to give you a system that you don't like! In this stage, we show you the prototypes, take your feedback, make modifications and develop a system that works for you.

Training

All systems, no matter how good they are, will fail if proper and effective training is not given to the personnel operating it. A perfect system developed for you is of no use to you if your staff does not know how to use it. Our systems are easy to use, well documented and will only need couple of hours to train your staff on system usage and maintenance. We promise to not give a 1000 pages manual for your staff to skim through in case of emergency!
