PersonID is developed using the fingerprint SDK that was a winner of the prestigious Fingerprint Verification Competition (FVC) in the Equal Error Rate (EER) category. This means fewer failed enrollments and minimal false matches or rejections.
Customizable, user-defined personally identifiable data with full search functionality:
PersonID permits system managers to define their own data fields for classifying members and cross-searching the system. You may choose data expressed in a variety of forms - date, text, integer, decimal and more to customize and adapt the software to the specific needs of your project or business.
Manager control of unique versus duplicate enrollment:
PersonID can be set to allow either unique enrollments, where an individual can be enrolled only once in the system, or duplicate enrollments, where an individual can be enrolled more than once. If the system is set to accept duplicate enrollments, then these duplicates can be found readily by a system search and dealt with as managers wish.
Time and attendance data:
The system can be set to record check-in and check-out times for complete time and attendance records.
On-premises records:
This feature of PersonID allows you to know not just who is in the system but where they are and when.
Blacklist feature:
With Person ID, you can designate individuals who are problematic and the system will automatically identify them as blacklisted, when they try to check in.
Reports in CSV:
The system provides reports in CVS format - allowing you to view the reports in MS Excel for full spreadsheet capability.
Upload individual photos:
Facial images may be uploaded for visual identification.
Fingerprints can be saved as .BMP files.
